Government Backed Housing Investment

Geoff welcomes the State Government’s Expression of Interest (EOI) for developers to construct up to 10 Rental Homes in Port Pirie.

These homes will be rented back to State Government with a minimum 10-year lease arrangement.

The project is through the Regional Key Worker Housing Scheme Project with Renewal SA further incen+ivising developers by committing up to $1 M for civil infrastructure.

Port Pirie has been identified as a suitable trial site for the opportunity and submissions close 5pm. 22 May 2025 AEST.
