This special event celebrates the humanitarian legacy of the Red Cross movement and provides a platform to showcase the incredible contributions of volunteers and communities across regional South Australia – focussing on the North West Region this year.
It also offers an opportunity to highlight the value of local engagement in times of emergency and beyond.
The Roadshow will feature a series of interactive workshops and displays, focusing on:
• The role of the Red Cross in community resilience and emergency preparedness
• The importance of volunteering and social participation
• Our commitment to the Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross
• Education and engagement around International Humanitarian Law
