Government Backed Housing Investment
I welcome the State Government’s Expression of Interest (EOI) for developers to construct up to 10 Rental Homes in Port Pirie.
These homes will be rented back to State Government with a minimum 10-year lease arrangement.
The project is through the Regional Key Worker Housing Scheme Project with Renewal SA further incentivising developers by committing up to $1M for civil infrastructure.
Port Pirie has been identified as a suitable trial site for the opportunity and submissions close 5pm. 22 May 2025 AEST.
