The NAIDOC 2025 Local Grants are now open.
Grants are now available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and supporting organisations across Australia to celebrate NAIDOC Week (6 – 13 July 2025).
NAIDOC Local Grants provide a co-contribution towards the cost of NAIDOC activities and events.
Applicants can apply for funding via GrantConnect. Grant applications close at 3.00pm AEDT on Thursday 20 February 2025.
Most grants are expected to be awarded for $10,000 or less. A small number of grants may be awarded for between $10,001 and the maximum of $25,000.
Activities must align with the 2025 National NAIDOC Week theme “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision, Legacy” and celebrate First Nations histories, cultures, achievements and continuing contributions to our country and Australian society.
