Being part of a community and feeling a sense of belonging is more important than ever before. At Australia Post, we understand that when people in communities connect, they feel better. We also know that this often results in improved mental health outcomes and we want to support the organisations that are helping make this happen.

The 2020 Australia Post Community Grants Program will provide grants of up to $10,000 to local organisations aiming to connect individuals and communities through projects that:

•  increase the opportunity for individuals to experience meaningful connections that enhance mental wellbeing
• support mental health awareness and early intervention to help people understand more about how to stay mentally well
• help people access mental health support at a local level
