South Australian Law Reform Institute (SALRI) is currently examining the role and operation of Powers of Attorney in South Australia and is keen to hear from legal and medical/health practitioners, community groups, interested parties and the wider community as to how the present law actually operates and to obtain their views on potential law reform options.
SALRI is committed to an active and inclusive consultation process and is especially keen to hear from rural and regional communities and practitioners.
The focus questions, a number of Fact Sheets and further information are available on the SA Government’s YourSAy website where participants can also contribute to the online discussion or complete a number of short surveys.
Written submissions should be forwarded to SALRI via email at [email protected] by COB on Friday 4 September 2020.
