Epic Energy advises that the Port Pirie Lateral Pipeline resumed operations on 30/1/25 following a scheduled assessment.

The pipeline is now delivering gas to customers in the towns of Port Pirie and Whyalla earlier than expected after the routine assessment was completed to gather data that will inform the pipeline’s maintenance and ongoing operations.

Epic Energy will now review the data captured by the assessment to inform the pipeline’s maintenance and ongoing operations.

The temporary worksite created at Bungama , near Port Pirie, will be removed and the area returned to the landowners.
