The Youngcare Home Support Grants are available for individuals aged between 16 and 65 who have a physical disability and who need essential funding to either remain living at home or move back home from inappropriate housing such as Aged Care.

The Youngcare Home Support Grant provides up to $10,000 ($20,000 in extreme situations) for essential equipment, home modifications and services, and household items and utilities.

Youngcare’s Home Support Grant can provide funding where there are critical gaps in an NDIS participant’s plan, but there is still clear evidence of need. The grant also seeks to bridge the gap in essential services and support for families in need, during the transitional period while they gain access to the NDIS.
