The South Australian Government is supporting the regional skills centres to connect learners, training providers and employers and get more local people into local jobs.
The Port Augusta Far North Skills Centre was officially opened on Tuesday 7 November. Situated on Marryatt Street Port Augusta, the centre will be run by Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) after their successful grant application, and they will provide free training focussing on the community and care industry.
The centre will also provide outreach to Ceduna and the APY Lands.
