Then join us for a series of online workshops and seminars aimed at young people with an interest in developing their pathways into the music business.
The workshops will be presented by local music professionals including song writers, musicians, music producers, audio engineers, live streaming engineers who will share with you their experiences gathered over many years of working in the music business and creative industries.
Topics to be covered include:
• Understanding the Music Business
• A new business model after COVID 19
• Using Social Media to promote yourself
• Performance Skills. Live and streaming online
• Finding your Voice
• Song writing
• Instrument skills
• Recording tricks and tips for that perfect demo
You will meet like-minded singers and musicians so you will be able to build your network of contacts.
At the end of these sessions you will be able to register your interest in participating in a song writing/recording session and learn first-hand from experienced producers, audio engineers, and musicians the art of improving and arranging your song and then recording with a session band of professional musicians. The final version of your song will be recorded on video for downloading through our online media formats.
